Desde pequena, compramos os bolos e salgados deste estabelecimento.
Ocorre que, na data de 23 de abril de 2021, compramos algumas esfihas como presentear um amigo que mora em nossa cidade (Amparo).
Porém, por cautela, comemos 1 das esfihas antes de entregar ao presenteado e, para nossa surpresa, o recheio de carne não estava bom como de costume, muito pelo contrário, apresentava sabor de carne congelada.
Diante disso, procuramos a padaria e explicamos o ocorrido.
A resposta da Sra Giovana foi de que nós teríamos sido "premiados", pois as esfihas, naquela data, estavam maravilhosas!
Além disso, ela disse que precisaria do produto de volta para analisar o ocorrido.
Ocorre que, eu não moro em Capivari e, quando provei a esfihas, estava a 84 km do local onde se encontra a Padaria, razão pela qual não seria viável levar o produto novamente até a cidade, apenas para comprovar o que eu e meu marido, na qualidade de consumidores assíduos, alegávamos.
Lamentável a conduta da gerência da Padaria.
Nunca mais retornaremos ao local.
My family and I have been customers of this bakery for many years.
Since we were little, we bought the cakes and snacks from this establishment.
It happens that, on April 23, 2021, we bought some sfihas as a gift to a friend who lives in our city (Amparo).
However, as a precaution, we ate 1 of the sfihas before giving it to the recipient and, to our surprise, the meat filling was not as good as usual, quite the contrary, it tasted like frozen meat.
Therefore, we looked for the bakery and explained what happened.
Mrs. Giovana's answer was that we would have been "awarded", because the sfihas, on that date, were wonderful!
In addition, she said she would need the product back to analyze what happened.
It turns out, I don’t live in Capivari and, when I tried the esfihas, I was 84 km from where the Bakery is located, which is why it wouldn’t be feasible to take the product back to the city, just to prove what my husband and I , as regular consumers, we claimed.
The conduct of the Bakery management is unfortunate.
We will never return to the place again.

Com certeza não foi o mesmo bolo que sempre comi a quase 50 anos.:(
I love your cake, but on Saturday I took an order and it was terrible dry dough, too much dough, too little filling and horrible topping without flavor.
It certainly wasn't the same cake I've always eaten for almost 50 years.:(
