★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As 19h o pao ja era velho e aparentemente "revirado". A manteiga rançosa. As empadinhas ressecadas e os pasteis quase sem recheio. Nao tinha café. E os funcionários, olhavam pra mim como se eu estivesse no lugar errado. Me senti discriminado pelos olhares de reprovação.
At 7pm the bread was old and apparently "turned over". The rancid butter. The dried empadinhas and the pastries almost without filling. There was no coffee. And the employees looked at me like I was in the wrong place. I felt discriminated against by the disapproving looks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente os produtos são de qualidade, mas o atendimento deixa muito a desejar, as atendentes não sabem dar um bom dia, boa tarde, achou tudo que precisa, coisas básicas de qualquer comércio atual, a gota d'água, foi a atendente pesar meu pão e virar a cara para me entregar. Como temos várias padarias no bairro, essa perdeu a minha preferência e da minha família. Acorda proprietária!!!!
The products really are of quality, but the service leaves a lot to be desired, the attendants don't know how to have a good day, good afternoon, you found everything you need, basic things from any current business, the last straw, the attendant went to weigh my bread and turn around to hand it to me. As we have several bakeries in the neighborhood, this one lost my preference and that of my family. Wake up owner!!!!

Bakery has no respect for the consumer. I placed an order and after 1:30 pm they canceled it because they closed the establishment. No commitment to customers
