★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito mal atendido. Falei o pedido e confirmei 2 vezes. 2 cafés com leite, 1 capuccino grande e 3 tapiocas simples. Além da demora para fazer o pedido (mais de 40 min), o mesmo veio errado e só após reclamação da demora. Vinheram 2 das 3 tapiocas sem manteiga e 2 capuccinos grandes tudo isso após 45 min de espera. No momento de pagar também tive que me dirigir ao caixa e dizer o que pedi, onde até a máquina de passar cartão estava dando erro na leitura e tive que pagar com dinheiro.
Nunca mais vou nesta padaria.
I was very poorly attended. I spoke the request and confirmed it 2 times. 2 coffees with milk, 1 large cappuccino and 3 simple tapioca. In addition to the delay in placing the order (more than 40 min), it came wrong and only after claiming the delay. 2 of the 3 tapioca without butter and 2 large capuccinos came all after 45 min of waiting. When paying, I also had to go to the cashier and say what I asked for, where even the card machine was giving an error in reading and I had to pay with cash.
I'll never go to this bakery again.

Muitas guloseimas, refeições e espaço bem planejado para os seus clientes.
Possui profissionais atenciosos e disponiveis.
Somente uma vez, recebi uma pizza com aroma azedo. Senti na mesma hora da entrega e ja comentei com o entregador que levou um pedacinho dela para que confirmassem.
A pizza foi substituída e deu tudo certo.
A sugestão seria a de acrescentarem fatias de pizza junto aos demais salgados.

The Padaria do Arco is abundant and organized.
Many goodies, meals and well-planned space for your customers.
It has attentive and available professionals.
Only once did I receive a pizza with a sour aroma. I felt it at the same time as the delivery and I already commented with the delivery man who took a little piece of it for confirmation.
The pizza was replaced and everything went well.
The suggestion would be to add slices of pizza next to the other snacks.

I didn't really like the service, the snack took a while to come out and the hamburger is not very good... But as a bakery there are plenty of sweet options...

A única coisa que me incomoda é uma das lâmpadas do estabelecimento está sempre piscando, o que incomoda muito a vista.
