★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pedido do iFood não foi confirmado pela padaria. Telefonei para a padaria cinco vezes e não fui atendido. O pedido foi cobrado pelo app e não estou conseguindo fazer o cancelamento. Descaso com o consumidor???
The iFood order was not confirmed by the bakery. I called the bakery five times and got no answer. The order was charged by the app and I'm not able to cancel it. Disregard for the consumer???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi 2 marmitas hj, sendo 1 com 1 mistura e 1 guarnição e outra com 2 misturas e 2 guarnições, qd abro as marmitas me deparo com as 2 com somente 1 mistura e 1 guarnição, mandei msg pelo zap reclamando que estava faltando 1 das misturas, e a moça me falou q iria me mandar a mistura q estava faltando, porém, ela me fala de enviar a msm que já tinha vindo e que por sinal seria "mista" e q de mista n veio nada? p piorar me manda 1 áudio uns 5 minutos depois da reclamação p falar q foi um erro e perguntar se eu queria q entregasse hj ou outro dia ?♀️? Depois de hj não peço marmita e nem recomendo, é fora que o exagero na pimenta do reino é bem nítido! Decepcionada. ??
I ordered 2 lunchboxes, 1 with 1 mixture and 1 garnish and the other with 2 mixtures and 2 garnishes, when I open the lunchboxes I find 2 with only 1 mixture and 1 garnish, I sent msg through zap complaining that 1 of the mixtures was missing , and the lady told me she would send me the mixture that was missing, however, she tells me to send the msm that had already come and that by the way it would be "mixed" eq mixed n came nothing? p to get worse send me 1 audio about 5 minutes after the complaint p say it was a mistake and ask if I wanted it delivered today or another day ?♀️? After today I don't ask for a lunch box and don't even recommend it, it's out that the exaggeration of black pepper is very clear! Disappointed. ??

Hoje fiquei decepcionada com esse estabelecimento. Realizei o pedido de um bolo de chocolate pelo aplicativo do Ifood, e quando fui cortá-lo o bolo estava azedo. Já liguei por diversas vezes na padaria e não atendem telefone. Já chamei pelo chat do Ifood e não respondem, então quem sabe por aqui fica resolvido?! Quando cortamos, estava cheio de linhas transparente de azedo. Decepcionante. Quero o estorno do cartão de volta.

I've called the bakery several times and they don't answer the phone. I've already called the Ifood chat and they don't answer, so who knows, it will be solved here?! When we cut it, it was full of transparent lines of sour. disappointing. I want the card back.
