★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente e gostaria de deixar minha opinião a padaria tem produtos excelente saboroso mas acho que desde da dona as até as atendentes deveriam passar por um treinamento sobre atendimento ao cliente trabalhei como balconista e falo por experiência própria gentileza,cordialidade ,generosidade educação e principalmente um belo sorriso no rosto são elementos fundamentais para que o cliente volte a comprar e indicar a outras pessoas mas sempre que vou até a está padaria o que vejo são funcionários desmotivado cansadas com cara desanimada aí vejo o rosto da proprietária aquela cara de brava mal humorada não tem empatia nenhuma com os clientes a não ser aqueles que os convém trate os clientes iguais independente de cor raça situação financeira tente apostar em um treinamento com coaching especialista em atendimento e marketing isso irá fazer a diferença ?.fica a dica
I'm a customer and I would like to leave my opinion the bakery has excellent tasty products but I think that from the owner to the attendants they should undergo training on customer service I worked as a clerk and I speak from my own experience kindness, cordiality, generosity, education and especially a beautiful smile on the face are fundamental elements for the customer to buy again and recommend to other people but whenever I go to this bakery what I see are unmotivated, tired employees with a discouraged face then I see the face of the owner that angry, grumpy face no you have no empathy with customers, except those that suit them treat customers the same regardless of color race financial situation try to bet on training with coaching specialist in service and marketing this will make a difference ?.
