★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito insatisfeito, mês passado fui tomar café com minha esposa, e não fui atendido fiquei na mesa chegou mais dois clientes sentaram um em cada mesa e foram atendidos, após eu perguntar a atendente depois eu te atendo, fui embora e olha sou vizinho da padaria compro pão todo dia e outros itens, Hj novamente atendente batendo papo aí cheguei ela foi para copa, uma tava fazendo suco, outra na chapa, aí ela foi atender a copa e fiquei a ver navio, a que tava fazendo suco ficou até olhando, fiquei 5 minutos aí a balconista, sai da copa e foi para o caixa atender o cara da copa passando por mim olhou, e não falou nada.
Descaso total com o cliente, fui no joanin comprar pão e pão de queijo, sendo que tenho uma padaria ao lado de casa mais escolhe os clientes para atender.
Não recomendo, péssimo atendimento, não muda, não adianta fazer propaganda como estava fazendo anteriormente, se não mudar no interior da mesma. ???
Very dissatisfied, last month I went to have breakfast with my wife, and I was not served, I stayed at the table, two more customers arrived, one at each table and they were served, after I asked the attendant, then I answered you, I left and look, I'm a neighbor of the bakery I buy bread every day and other items, today again the attendant chatting, then I arrived she went to the pantry, one was making juice, the other on the griddle, then she went to serve the pantry and I watched the ship, the one that was making juice was even looking, I stayed there for 5 minutes, the clerk left the pantry and went to the cashier to answer the pantry guy passing me, he looked, and didn't say anything.
Total disregard for the customer, I went to Joanin to buy bread and cheese bread, and I have a bakery next to my house, but I choose the customers to serve.
I don't recommend it, bad service, it doesn't change, it's no use advertising like I was doing before, if you don't change inside it. ???
