★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente já bastante tempo mas essa semana tive uma experiência péssima. Comprei um bolo identificado como cenoura e era de canela. Mas tanta canela que queimou a boca. Levei o bolo para trocar e ainda sofri com o deboche da caixa da tarde que além de tudo queria que eu devolvesse o pedaço que comi e me fez mal. Isso me custou um antibiótico . Peguei outro bolo de banana. Com validade até 03/02 e hoje dia 02/02 está mofado. O padrão caiu muito, infelizmente.
Em compensação hoje fui na Padaria e fui maravilhosamente bem atendida pela Dona Sirlene que prontamente fez a troca do bolo. Muito obrigada flor pela sua educação, presteza e profissionalismo.
 I've been a customer for a long time but this week I had a bad experience. I bought a cake identified as carrot and it was cinnamon. But so much cinnamon it burned my mouth. I took the cake to be exchanged and I still suffered from the mockery of the afternoon cashier who, in addition to everything else, wanted me to return the piece I ate and it made me sick. It cost me an antibiotic. I got another banana cake. Valid until 03/02 and today 02/02 is moldy. The standard has dropped a lot, unfortunately.
On the other hand, today I went to the Bakery and was wonderfully served by Dona Sirlene who promptly exchanged the cake. Thank you so much flower for your education, promptness and professionalism.
