Péssimo atendimento, funcionários mal educados e não entende os pedidos e ainda ficam conversando, ao invés de ser mais solícitos aos clientes. Em tempo de crise e pandemia, onde existem milhares de desempregados, tem vários talentos querendo uma vaga.
Atenção gerente, treine seus colaboradores e reveja as atitudes, principalmente aos finais de semana.
Hoje mesmo tive mais uma péssima experiência, onde estava dentro da padaria, escolhi o pão e fui pedir os frios, e a funcionária simplesmente disse que não iria mais cortar frios porque iriam fechar em 5 minutos, detalhe que estavam clientes entrando e saindo ainda, pois só fecham às 19h (no domingo).

Poor service, rude employees and do not understand the orders and are still talking, instead of being more solicitous to customers. In times of crisis and pandemic, where there are thousands of unemployed, there are many talents wanting a job.
Attention manager, train your employees and review attitudes, especially on weekends.
Today I had another bad experience, where I was inside the bakery, I chose the bread and went to order the cold cuts, and the employee simply said that she would no longer cut cold meats because they would close in 5 minutes, a detail that customers were still coming and going, as they only close at 7 pm (on Sunday).
