 Good evening! I disagree with the evaluation, the bakery has potential and excellence in service, the girls are very attentive and polite. I give it a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ grade for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, cheguei e conversei sobre a pizza e o prazo de realização, falaram 15min, aí quando esperei 30 min perguntei pela pizza e falaram que eu não tinha pedido, aí comprei a ficha e depois de esperar mais 30 min perguntei se ia demorar e me falaram que agora ia demorar mais 45 minutos, fiquei sem acreditar e a forma que o pizzaolo falou comigo, total falta de educação e respeito, eu sendo cliente pagante, o mínimo que deveria ter era respeito por parte dos funcionários do local, mas o pizzaolo se porta como se estivesse fazendo favor a atender os clientes, vergonhoso, gastei 74 reais ali, para nunca mais.... péssimo ver que muitas empresa não entendem que os clientes são os responsáveis por manter os negócios abertos!!!
Horrible, I arrived and talked about the pizza and the deadline, they spoke 15 minutes, then when I waited 30 minutes I asked for the pizza and they said that I had not ordered it, then I bought the file and after waiting another 30 minutes I asked if it would be long and I they said it was going to take another 45 minutes, I couldn't believe it and the way pizzaolo spoke to me, total lack of education and respect, me being a paying customer, the least I should have was respect from the local staff, but pizzaolo behave as if you were doing a favor to serve customers, shameful, I spent 74 reais there, never again .... terrible to see that many companies do not understand that customers are responsible for keeping business open !!!
