★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, no dia de ontem - 02/03/2022, minha filha, estudante em Valença, foi almoçar neste estabelecimento. Um funcionário, servindo outra mesa, ao abrir uma lata de refrigerante (Coca-Cola) derramou o produto no chão e nas costas da minha filha, sujando a blusa branca.
O mais interessante é que não houve, da parte do funcionário, nenhum pedido de desculpas. Além disso, cerca de outros três funcionários estavam próximos e nenhum foi limpar o chão onde minha filha estava.
Pelo visto, haverá perda de uma cliente. Claro que, para o estabelecimento, um cliente não significa muita coisa, razão pela qual desejamos que quando incidente desse tipo acontecer, providências sejam tomadas pois outros clientes podem também deixar a fidelização.
Detalhe: o funcionário estava servindo outra mesa e sujou minha filha. Imagino o quanto deve ter chocalhado a lata de refrigerante. Pelo visto, deve ter gasto toda a energia e não tinha forças para pedir desculpas.
Unfortunately, yesterday - 03/02/2022, my daughter, a student in Valença, went to have lunch at this establishment. An employee, serving another table, when opening a can of soda (Coca-Cola) spilled the product on the floor and on my daughter's back, soiling her white blouse.
The most interesting thing is that there was no apology from the employee. Also, about three other employees were nearby and none were cleaning the floor where my daughter was.
Apparently, there will be a loss of a customer. Of course, for the establishment, a customer doesn't mean much, which is why we want that when such an incident happens, measures are taken because other customers can also leave the loyalty.
Detail: the employee was serving another table and dirty my daughter. I can imagine how much the soda can must have rattled. Apparently, he must have spent all his energy and didn't have the strength to apologize.
