★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Padaria Independência é pequena e com pouca acomodação, mas com muita qualidade nos seus produtos e serviços de atendimento.
1) - Pão francês: O melhor da região.
2) - Bolos e doces: Uma boa variedade e tudo muito gostoso.
3) - Atendimento: Os balconistas e o caixa do período da tarde são Excepcionais (não tenho como avaliar o período da manhã, pois só vou à tarde).
4) - Área da lanchonete, tais como: cafezinho, lanches, sucos e etc. eu ainda não usei.
Padaria Independência is small and with little accommodation, but with a lot of quality in its products and customer service.
1) - French bread: The best in the region.
2) - Cakes and sweets: A good variety and all very tasty.
3) - Service: The clerks and the cashier in the afternoon are Exceptional (I can't evaluate the morning period, as I only go in the afternoon).
4) - Snack bar area, such as: coffee, snacks, juices, etc. I haven't used it yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pão era melhor porém recentemente piorou. Precisam rever a receita. Mas tem muita variedade de produtos. Um ponto negativo é que é muito pequena e a quantidade de pessoas é alta. As vezes fica complicado ficar na fila lá dentro.
The bread was better but recently it has gotten worse. They need to review the recipe. But it has a lot of variety of products. A negative point is that it is very small and the amount of people is high. Sometimes it's hard to stand in line inside.
