Cozy place, with great atmosphere, very friendly service, quiet music and tasty food (including gluten-free). One of the best espressos I've ever had, without any acidity. Two important factors: pet friendly and biodegradable packaging!

I always went to the other traditional bakery; with excellent products, good service...
But the service, products and the fact that it is managed by the Owner, who is also a Nutritionist, won me over as a customer.
They started in the middle of a pandemic, showing courage and determination.
An environment that values our Wonderful City of Volta Redonda!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A padaria Lala Funcional é ótima. Os produtos são deliciosos e todos saudáveis, sem glúten, lactose e açúcar. Já experimentei pães salgados e recheados, brownies de chocolate com doce de leite funcional, pastéis e café gelado. Tudo muito bom! O atendimento também é ótimo, além de ter uma localização excelente (no bairro Aterrado) e com vagas para o estacionar o carro nas proximidades.
Lala Functional bakery is great. The products are delicious and all healthy, gluten, lactose and sugar free. I've tried savory and stuffed breads, chocolate brownies with functional dulce de leche, pastries and iced coffee. All very good! The service is also great, in addition to having an excellent location (in the Aterrado neighborhood) and with parking spaces nearby.

A entrada não chama muita atenção mas o balcão e o menu cheio de opções funcionais, naturais e/ou veganas chama muita atenção. Tudo tem uma cara ótima. Fomos muito bem atendidos e deram uma amostra grátis do brownie que eles fazem. Não teve como pedir outra coisa! Estava delicioso e cremoso. Os cafés são produzidos de forma muito artesanal e até o café espresso é muito bom. Recomendo as opções com leite vegano... são muito gostosas. Só recomendaria cadeiras mais confortáveis. De resto estava tudo ótimo.
I saw this coffeemaker passing in front of the store and decided to go in to see it. The entrance doesn't attract much attention, but the counter and the menu full of functional, natural and/or vegan options attract a lot of attention. Everything looks great. We were very well attended and gave a free sample of the brownie they make. There was no way to ask for anything else! It was delicious and creamy. The coffees are produced in a very artisanal way and even the espresso coffee is very good. I recommend the options with vegan milk... they are very tasty. I would only recommend more comfortable chairs. Otherwise everything was great.
