★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente o entendimento para pedidos é horrível. Nunca atendem o telefone, e quando atende deixa a pessoas esperando nunca tem um caneta pra anotar o pedido. Os produtos da padaria são bons porém os funcionários maus instruídos. Uma pena!
 Unfortunately the understanding for ordering is horrible. They never answer the phone, and when they do, they keep people waiting, never have a pen to take the order. The bakery products are good but the employees are poorly educated. A feather!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pãozinho gostoso. Estava bem vazio então comemos no local. Lugar limpo e aconchegante. Só achei um pouco bagunçado entre os atendentes, que lançaram o mesmo expresso em duas comandas diferentes.
Yummy bun. It was pretty empty so we ate there. Clean and cozy place. I just found it a little messy among the attendants, who launched the same espresso in two different orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Padaria boa, limpa e ambiente agradável. Mas alguns dos atendentes parecem desinteressados e ficam conversando ao invés de prestar atenção em quem está tentando fazer um pedido.
Exceto dois funcionários que não sei o nome, uma mulher e um homem, sempre gentis e bem dispostos.
No geral é razoável, se melhorasse a comunicação prestador de serviço/cliente seria um ambiente melhor
Good, clean bakery and pleasant atmosphere. But some of the servers seem disinterested and are chatting instead of paying attention to who is trying to place an order.
Except for two employees whose names I don't know, a woman and a man, always kind and in a good mood.
Overall it's reasonable, if it improves the service provider/customer communication it would be a better environment

Capuccino que mais parece café com chocolate, pão muito bom, se se pedir com manteiga pede pra caprichar, por que vem pouco.
Ovo mexido estava com gosto de hambúrguer, acho que a chapa não foi limpa antes de fazer o ovo.
Atendimento OK.
Voltarei para uma segunda impressão, mas a princípio lugar mediano para consumo no local.
I had breakfast on the spot.
Cappuccino that looks more like coffee with chocolate, very good bread.
Scrambled egg tasted like hamburger, I think the plate was not cleaned before making the egg.
Service OK.
I will return for a second impression, but at first an average place for consumption on site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO! Funcionários extremante sem preparo, zero atenção. Os pedidos sempre dão problema, nada chega como pedido. Moro na região e já fui diversas vezes, mas todas tem algum problema. Então não indico e nem pretendo voltar.
TERRIBLE! Extremely unprepared staff, zero attention. Orders always give problems, nothing arrives as ordered. I live in the area and have been several times, but they all have a problem. So I do not recommend and do not intend to return.

Sem interesse pelo trabalho e pelo cliente, fui ao restaurante almoçar e demorei quase 40 minutos pela minha comida, a minha chegou certa e a da minha amiga ainda veio errado o pedido dela. A comida estava boa, mas o arroz estava um pouco duro. Acredito que seja um comércio de grande potencial, porém precisa melhorar muito.
Unprepared professionals!! With no interest in the work and the customer, I went to the restaurant for lunch and it took me almost 40 minutes for my food, mine arrived right and my friend's order still came wrong. The food was good, but the rice was a little hard. I believe it is a trade with great potential, but it needs to improve a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a great bakery shop in Real Parque. There's always fresh stuff and delicious bread almost always freshly baked.
I have not yet tried other products from the place, but the appearance and smell seems great as well.
There is plenty of place to park in front and nearby the bakery.
