Great service, the girls are very nice, the bathroom is always clean and the place is very cute, I recommend it, this is always my first stop when I arrive in Guapimirim ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitando GUAPIMIRIM é quase impossível não visitar essa padaria, por sua boa localização mas eu tenho SÉRIAS observações. Acho caro tomar um drink lá. Eu e meu filho tomamos dois drinks , sorvetes, etc e deu um valor que por sorte eu tinha em espécie... não aceitar Americam Express é muitoooooo ruim. Hoje em dia me digam que estabelecimento de bom nível não aceita todos os cartões????? Eu sei que o Americam Express cobra uma tarifa salgada do estabelecimento mas os preços dessa padaria também são salgados... então estamos empatados, concordam??? Outra observação é que apesar de ter vários funcionários nenhum te atende na mesa. Você tem que pedir no balcão, pegar seu pedido (quando pronto) no balcão e pagar no balcão. Você tem mesa mas não é servido à mesa. Vai entender isso ?! Agora o que realmente me assutou foi quando eu pedi para a moça do balcão para embrulhar para viagem um ítem e ela repassou o trabalho para outra que estava varrendo a loja. Eu corri e disse me dê sem embrulhar mesmo pois não pode uma pessoa que está segurando uma vassoura colocar as mãos no alimento a ser embalado sem antes higienizar as mãos. Então em resumo: os funcionários são muito preguiçosos e mal treinados!!!!
When visiting GUAPIMIRIM it is almost impossible not to visit this bakery, due to its good location, but I have SERIOUS comments. I find it expensive to have a drink there. My son and I had two drinks, ice cream, etc and he gave a value that luckily I had in cash... not accepting Americam Express is sooooo bad. These days, tell me that a good level establishment doesn't accept all cards????? I know that Americam Express charges a high rate for the establishment but the prices of this bakery are also high... so we're tied, do you agree??? Another observation is that despite having several employees, none of you can attend to the table. You have to order at the counter, take your order (when ready) at the counter and pay at the counter. You have a table but you are not served at the table. Will you understand that?! Now what really freaked me out was when I asked the lady at the counter to pack an item to go and she passed the job on to someone else who was sweeping the store. I ran and said give it to me without wrapping it because a person who is holding a broom cannot put their hands on the food to be packed without first sanitizing their hands. So in summary: the employees are very lazy and poorly trained!!!!
