We arrived for breakfast and came face to face with the counter all dirty and full of flies. I had already been told that the bakery was bad, but I didn't think they were pigs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ontem comprei duas pizzas pedido feito as 21;07 falou q era pra ir buscar depois de 30 min meu filho foi depois de 30 min buscar falou meu nome q estava pra pegar meu pedido mandaram esperar passado 30 min fui atras e chegando la perguntei poxa nda ainda falaram meia hr e ja deu 1,ai q foram pegar as pizzas q estava na estufa no balcao pq ja fazia uns 15 min q tava pronta e ngm perguntou se a pessoa tava ali ja esperando,fizeram de bobo ali td aquele tempo esperando e nao entregaram a pizza qdo ela ficou pronta, achei ruim reclamei e o caixa ainda falou nao faz tanto tempo assim q ta ai nao ...respondi q nao interressava se fazia 10 min 20 ou 1 hr q tava la q tinha q sair direto pra mao da pessoa q tava ali esperando e nao ir pro balcao, nem um pedido de desculpa ainda achou ruim q reclamei...se queriam perder um cliente conseguiram...a pizza veio sem nenhuma azeitona dessa vez, massa queimada nas beiradas ,pedi massa grossa qdo fiz o pedido e veio fina e ainda uma hr depois com td isso q relatei...pago mas caro mas nao compro mas ai, nao da mais...antes demorava mas a pizza vinha boa com azeitona agora nem isso mais... pizza ruim e atendimento pessimo
yesterday i bought two pizzas order made at 21; 07 said q was to pick up after 30 min my son was after 30 min pick up spoke my name q was to pick up my order they had to wait past 30 min went back and arriving there i asked poxa nda they still spoke half an hour and already gave 1, then they went to pick up the pizzas q it was in the greenhouse at the counter because it was about 15 min q it was ready and ngm asked if the person was there already waiting, they made a fool of it all that time waiting and they didn’t deliver the pizza when it was ready, I thought it was a bad complaint and the cashier still spoke not so long ago. hand of the person who was there waiting and not going to the counter, not even an apology even thought it was bad that I complained ... if they wanted to lose a customer they did it ... the pizza came without any olives this time, dough burned at the edges, I asked thick dough when I ordered and it came thin and still one hr later with all that what I reported ... paid but expensive but I don't buy but there, not anymore ... before it took a long time but the pizza was good with olives now not even that anymore ... bad pizza and poor service
