★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível. Tentei comprar pães e frios e acabei saindo sem nada. O atendente estava comendo enquanto preparava os lanches para os clientes. Depois de algum tempo, aguardando ele comer e mandar mensagens por meio do celular, consegui ser atendido. Ele pegou os pães e quando pedi os frios ele falou que "ficava de devendo". Acabei deixando tudo e indo embora. Que padaria que não consegue servir pães e frios aos clientes!?!
 Horrible service. I tried to buy bread and cold cuts and ended up leaving with nothing. The attendant was eating while preparing snacks for customers. After some time, waiting for him to eat and texting through his cell phone, I managed to get answered. He took the breads and when I asked for the cold cuts he said he "was in debt". I ended up leaving everything and leaving. What bakery can't serve bread and cold cuts to customers!?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários atenciosos, mas me pareceram um pouco desorganizados (talvez porque faltavam alguns itens no cardápio e só tinha uma pessoa atendendo em um horário de grande movimento). O preço me pareceu justo (dentro da média para o tipo de estabelecimento e região) e o lanche de qualidade (meu pedido foi um queijo fresco e suco de laranja). De modo geral foi uma boa experiência, recomendo o estabelecimento.
Attentive staff, but they seemed a little disorganized to me (maybe because some items were missing from the menu and there was only one person serving at a busy time). The price seemed fair to me (within the average for the type of establishment and region) and the quality snack (my order was a fresh cheese and orange juice). Overall it was a good experience, I recommend the establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje dia 25/10/21, estive na padaria por volta das 7:10hrs, atendida pela Daiane(Daiana), que por sinal muito mau humorada e nada simpática, percebi um certo desânimo da equipe no geral, SEGUNDA MEU POVO, se em pleno início da semana os funcionários estão assim, complicado.
Já frequento a padaria a alguns anos, e sempre fui bem atendida, diferente de hoje.
Pedi um café, e em seguida mais um, para fazer uma nova análise da atendente, e nada mudou, ou seja, para trabalhar com publico, precisa gostar e ter simpatia, respeito aos clientes e muito jogo de cintura, se não fica em casa dê oportunidade para quem quer e precisa realmente TRABALHAR.
Today, 10/25/21, I was at the bakery at around 7:10hrs, attended by Daiane (Daiana), who by the way was very grumpy and unfriendly, I noticed a certain discouragement of the team in general, SECOND MY PEOPLE, if in full beginning of the week employees are like that, complicated.
I've been going to the bakery for a few years now, and I've always been well attended, unlike today.
I asked for a coffee, and then another one, to make a new analysis of the attendant, and nothing has changed, that is, to work with the public, you need to like and have sympathy, respect for customers and a lot of flexibility, if you don't stay at home give opportunities to those who really want and need to WORK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido através de uma indicação de uma amiga dizendo ser maravilhoso, e chega nessa situação o meu café da manha, fora que o chocolate quente é nescau quente apenas, o motoboy ja chegou em uma grosseria sem fim apenas porque perguntei no nome de quem estava (onde fiz o pedido é uma casa comercial portanto poderia não ser meu) ai ele disse que não sabia, eu falei: o sr poderia apenas identificar que era da padaria, ele me respondeu: se não quiser eu volto com o pedido o mais difícil era chegar
