★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionários são ótimos no atendimento, porém um simples pedido não pode ser atendido porque a gerência não estava, estou a quinze dias em Vila Velha, tomamos café quase que diariamente, mas eles não podem fazer pão com margarina, porque só pode com manteiga, ok, mas se a pessoa é intolerante a lactose? Pedi pra entrar em contato com a gerente ,ela estava de folga e ninguém na face da Terra poderia resolver, então, comprei a margarina, pesei o pão e fiz , amanhã retorno com a margarina já paga com nota fiscal e farei meu pão novamente! Que mundo sem vontade de ser gentil e agradar as pessoas e fazê-las voltar!
 The employees are great in service, but a simple request cannot be answered because the management was not there, I have been in Vila Velha for a fortnight, we drink coffee almost daily, but they cannot make bread with margarine, because they can only make it with butter, ok, but if the person is lactose intolerant? I asked to get in touch with the manager, she was off duty and no one on earth could solve it, so I bought the margarine, weighed the bread and made it, tomorrow I return with the margarine already paid for with the invoice and I will make my bread again! What a world with no desire to be kind and please people and make them come back!
