★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATENDIMENTO PÉSSIMO - Ligamos para a funcionária Glaucia para tirar dúvidas referente ao aplicativo e sobre os lanches, informou que poderíamos fazer diretamente com ela, já que estávamos em ligação, confirmamos o combo de R$ 16,90, quando chegou aqui a comanda estava marcando R$ 23,99... ligamos na hora e a mesma mentiu informando que tinha falado o valor, primeiro que nem sabíamos que o aplicativo estava desativado, o motoboy que nos informou, que por sinal foi muito simpático. Detalhe, pagamos pois temos horário de almoço, mas não compro mais.
 TERRIBLE SERVICE - We called the employee Glaucia to ask questions about the application and about the snacks, she informed that we could do it directly with her, since we were on call, we confirmed the R$ 16.90 combo, when she arrived here the command was making an appointment R$ 23.99... we called right away and she lied saying that she had said the value, first that we didn't even know that the app was deactivated, the motoboy who informed us, who by the way was very nice. Detail, we pay because we have lunch time, but I don't buy anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tô entendendo o que tá acontecendo na souzela o atendimento era uma maravilha...com a saída de alguns funcionários que eram prestativos, educados e ágil...hoje vejo o quanto mudou a padaria tá um pouco largada em questão de limpeza...e atendimento só por Deus final de semana fiquei quase 30 minutos esperando pra ser atendida.....os novos contratos passando toda hora próximo a mesa e fingia não nós vê..
. até que um rapaz tava passando chamei ele veio atender....poxa elogie tanto o atendimento e agora estou decepcionada... até volto um dia a ser cliente quando vê que mudou o Atendimento......
I don't understand what's going on in souzela the service was wonderful... with the departure of some employees who were helpful, polite and agile... today I see how much has changed the bakery is a little let down in terms of cleaning.. .and service only for God on the weekend I spent almost 30 minutes waiting to be answered.....the new contracts passing all the time near the table and pretended not to see us..
. until a guy was passing by, I called him and he came to answer....wow, praise the service so much and now I'm disappointed... I'll even be a customer again one day when he sees that the Service has changed......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima padaria , fui levar meus filhos com uma amiga pra lanchar , na padaria só decepção, não tinha ninguém pras nós atender meu filho que se fez como Garson, em fim , o atendimento péssimo , o pastel que agente pediu duro puro óleo, suco péssimo , ?atendimento,e a comida fora do que esperávamos, quem poder não vão comer só vão passar raiva , e jogar o dinheiro no lixo , nunca mais , decepção ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive em um sábado de manhã e a padaria estava tranquila. O local é simples, pedi um matinal com minha família e demorou um pouco pra chegar, mas estava bom. Não gastamos muito, o quê reflete a localização mais popular do estabelecimento. O atendimento foi cordial, então valeu a passagem.
I was there on a Saturday morning and the bakery was quiet. The place is simple, I ordered a morning meal with my family and it took a while to arrive, but it was good. We didn't spend a lot, which reflects the property's most popular location. The service was friendly, so it was worth the trip.
