★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preços abusivos! Estabelecimento diz oferecer entrega, porém moro a poucos metros de distância da padaria, fiz o pedido e após 1 hora de espera nao fizeram a entrega e não deram nenhuma satisfação, ainda bem que existem outras padarias próximas.
Abusive prices! Establishment says they offer delivery, but I live a few meters away from the bakery, I placed the order and after 1 hour of waiting they did not deliver and did not give any satisfaction, thank goodness there are other bakeries nearby.

A atendente não mediu esforços para me atender da melhor forma possível, coerente à comorbidade que me afeta. Empatia foi o que observei. Essa atitude é rara nesses dias de comportamento individualista. Parabéns à padaria por mantê-la em seu quadro de colaboradores.
I was treated very well at this bakery. Because of COVID, I acquired diabetes. I'm avoiding carbs. The attendant did not measure efforts to serve me in the best possible way, consistent with the comorbidity that affects me. Empathy is what I observed. Such an attitude is rare in these days of individualistic behavior. Congratulations to the bakery for keeping it on its staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre me falaram mal dessa padaria, mas não tinha acontecido nada comigo. Ontem a caixa me cobrou a mais. Hoje fui lá para reclamar e simplesmente disseram que eu tinha que ter Nota Fiscal da compra para comprovar o erro. Que Nota Fiscal? Infelizmente não percebi o erro na hora.
I was always told bad things about this bakery, but nothing had happened to me. Yesterday the cashier overcharged me. Today I went there to complain and they simply said that I had to have the purchase invoice to prove the error. What Invoice? Unfortunately I didn't notice the error at the time.
