★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comida é boa, mas o atendimento é muito fraco. Os atendentes são cordiais, mas se perdem com pedidos relativamente simples, como um pão de queijo e café. Desde o momento que sentei na mesa, já com o cardápio em mãos, meu pedido foi retirado 25 minutos depois (1 ovo mexido, pão de queijo e vitamina). A entrega do pedido chegou na mesa mais de 20 minutos depois e ainda a atendente achou ruim que eu pedi talheres para comer o ovo. A casa estava um pouco mais de 50% ocupada. Enfim, me parece que a padaria ainda não se deu conta que o nível de demanda já é similar ao pré-pandemia e não está empregando mão de obra suficiente
 The food is good, but the service is very poor. The servers are cordial, but they get lost with relatively simple orders, like a cheese bread and coffee. From the moment I sat down at the table, with the menu in hand, my order was withdrawn 25 minutes later (1 scrambled egg, cheese bread and smoothie). The delivery of the order arrived at the table more than 20 minutes later and the attendant still thought it was bad that I asked for cutlery to eat the egg. The house was a little over 50% occupied. Anyway, it seems to me that the bakery has not yet realized that the level of demand is already similar to the pre-pandemic and is not employing enough manpower.

Visited on Saturday. I loved it! From the products, the cozy place and also the service. The feijoada is very tasty. With ample parking on site. Worth knowing! Congratulations to the Royal Osasco Bakery! Congratulations to your employees!

Eu comprei hoje (16/02/22) e na embalagem dizia que foi feito ontem (15/02/22), vocês sempre deixam pães sem proteção no balcão, apenas com uma redinha, sendo que muitos dos seus clientes e funcionários falam em cima dos produtos, agora larva ? Inadmissível
Sorry but an expired product was not supposed to have larvae. I bought it today (16/02/22) and on the packaging it said it was made yesterday (15/02/22), you always leave unprotected bread on the counter, just with a little net, and many of your customers and employees talk about on top of the products, now larva ? Inadmissible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Padaria bonita, ótimo ambiente, pão na chapa delicioso (o de requeijão aquele que é cremoso) e uma das poucas pet friendly de Osasco, porém a questão de atendimento deixa muito a desejar, eles demoram muito para entregar os pedidos, perdem seu pedido, ao ponto de você ter que ir até o balcão ficar fazendo follow up. Mas se você estiver com tempo e paciência, vale a pena pelo produto entregue por si só.
Beautiful bakery, great atmosphere, delicious bread on the plate (the one with cream cheese, the one that is creamy) and one of the few pet friendly in Osasco, but the service issue leaves a lot to be desired, they take a long time to deliver the orders, they lose your order, to the point where you have to go to the counter to follow up. But if you have the time and patience, it's worth it for the product delivered by itself.
