★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A padaria é vazia e por esse motivo a frequento a anos e pela primeira vez fui humilhado na frente de outros clientes pelo operador de caixa "Adelson" que primeiramente não quis cobrar o pão no débito pois disse que só poderia aceitar a partir de determinado valor. Fiquei extremamente constrangido, mas exigi o meu direito, só queria pagar e ir para casa, no entanto o mesmo retirou o meu cartão da máquina e com absoluta arrogância disse que eu levasse o pão de graça e que eu deveria pensar melhor pois Deus iria me cobrar. Insisti para cobrar pois não estava ali para pedir e sim como consumidor para COMPRAR E PAGAR pelo produto. Já colhi contato com testemunhas inclusive uma é minha vizinha e ficou perplexa. Irei registrar boletim de ocorrência e acionar o estabelecimento por constrangimento ilegal e danos morais.
The bakery is empty and for that reason I frequent it for years and for the first time I was humiliated in front of other customers by the cashier "Adelson" who at first did not want to charge the bread in debt because he said he could only accept from a certain amount . I was extremely embarrassed, but I demanded my right, I just wanted to pay and go home, however he withdrew my card from the machine and with absolute arrogance said that I take the bread for free and that I should think better because God would give me demand. I insisted to charge because I was not there to ask but as a consumer to BUY AND PAY for the product. I have already had contact with witnesses, including one who is my neighbor and was perplexed. I will register a police report and activate the establishment for illegal constraint and moral damages.
