★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pão de queijo dessa padaria é maravilhoso, porém nos horários de maior movimento, eles deixam faltar. Várias e várias vezes sai de casa pra buscar e me deparei com a negativa, ou está no forno, isso acaba chateando os clientes, pois se fosse uma ou outra vez, isso acontece, mas sempre nos mesmos horários. Eu na minha humilde opinião, acredito que o mínimo que poderiam fazer era aumentar a quantidade de fornada, ou colocar uma pessoa responsável por verificar oque está acabando e já providenciar o produto, pra que não falte, pois se está acabando em horários de pico, é sinal que tem muita saída.
The cheese bread at this bakery is wonderful, but at busy times, they miss it. Several and several times I leave the house to look for it and I came across the negative, or it's in the oven, it ends up upsetting the customers, because if it was once or another, it happens, but always at the same times. In my humble opinion, I believe that the least they could do was increase the quantity of batches, or put a person responsible for checking what is running out and already providing the product, so that there is no shortage, because it is running out at peak times, It's a sign that there's a lot of output.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento do balcão é péssimo, fui hoje cedo comprar café da manhã e voltei frustado, pedi um salgado que veio gelado e quando pedi para esquentar a atendente fez cara feia e revirou os olhos, além disso mandou o salgado errado.
Quero enfatizar que os produtos são ótimos mas não esperem um bom atendimento.
Service at the counter is terrible, I went earlier today to buy breakfast and came back frustrated, I asked for a snack that came cold and when I asked to warm it up the attendant made an ugly face and rolled her eyes, in addition she sent the wrong salty.
