Só tive experiência ruim com essa padaria. Uma vez fui comprar um leite para meu sobrinho bebê que acordava a noite para mamar e era 21:45, padaria diz que fecham as 22h, e ela já estava fechada não me atenderam nem batendo na porta e explicando a situação, tudo bem não voltei mais lá.
Por insistência hj resolvi fazer um café de aniversário para meu esposo e como já era quase 9h da manhã resolvi ir nessa padaria pq é mais próxima de minha casa, resultado... Decepção, para começar a atendente demorou para vir e quando veio atendeu primeiro uma mocinha que chegou depois de mim, na minha vez pedi várias coisas e no caixa( que por sinal a mesma atendente que pega dinheiro pega o pão), o valor deu quase 20 reais quando dei o cartão para ela... Surpresa...Só aceitam débito, agradeci gentilmente e informei que não ia levar, escutei só um aff bem audível da funcionária. Aff? Quem deveria falar aff é eu, quando na vida uma padaria não aceita crédito? Perdi meu tempo pedindo várias coisas, perdi o aniversário no meu marido pq as 9h ele acorda e ainda tenho que escutar a funcionária dizer aff para mim, sei que ela teria que devolver tudo a diferença é que ela tem o salário para isso.
Poderia ter conversado com a gerente para abrir um exceção, afinal não era 2 reais, eu não teria pedido se soubesse. Sei que em algum lugar da poluição visual daquela parede deve ter escrito NAO ACEITAMOS CRÉDITO ( espero pelo menos que tenha), só não costumo ficar olhando parede enquanto peço o pão.
Isso é só um desabafo, quando for vá preparado, sem falar nos doces mofados, cabelo embalado na Samanta, pão de mais de 2 dias( hj mesmo tinha um lá).

I only had bad experience with this bakery. Once I went to buy milk for my baby nephew who woke up at night to breastfeed and it was 9:45 pm, the bakery says they close at 10:00 pm, and it was already closed, they didn't answer me or knock on the door and explain the situation, okay I didn't come back over there.
At the insistence hj I decided to make a birthday coffee for my husband and as it was almost 9 am I decided to go to this bakery because it is closer to my home, result ... Disappointment, to start the attendant it took a while to come and when he came he answered first a young lady who arrived after me, in my turn I asked for several things and at the checkout (which by the way the same clerk who takes money takes the bread), the value was almost 20 reais when I gave her the card ... Surprise .. They only accept debt, I thanked him kindly and informed him that I would not take it, I only heard a very audible aff from the employee. Aff? Who should say aff is me, when in life a bakery does not accept credit? I wasted my time asking for several things, I lost my husband's birthday because at 9 am he wakes up and I still have to hear the employee say aff to me, I know she would have to return everything the difference is that she has the salary for it.
I could have talked to the manager to make an exception, after all it wasn't 2 reais, I wouldn't have asked if I had known. I know that somewhere in the visual pollution of that wall it must have written NOT ACCEPTING CREDIT (I hope at least it does), I just don't usually look at the wall while I ask for bread.
This is just an outburst, when it is ready, not to mention moldy sweets, hair wrapped in Samanta, bread of more than 2 days (there was even one there).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hoje pela manhã ao comprar determinado produto fui até o caixa realizar o pagamento, o estabelecimento estava cheio com varios clientes, ao passar a compra no caixa o caixa (que aparenta ser um dos sócios da empresa) informou que não passaria esta compra no cartão com tom de deboche, sarcastido e grosseiramente, me deixando em situação de humilhação na frente de funcionários e clientes, no momento do ocorrido notei que outros clientes e até mesmo funcionários do estabelecimento olharam assustados, me senti constrangido, humilhado e apenas sai do estabelecimento.
Relato o ocorrido para que não aconteça com outros clientes, péssimo atendimento um profissional de verdade, colocaria uma placa informando que não passa cartão ou até mesmo de maneira discreta diria ao cliente que não passa cartão para determinada compra se ele teria algum outro método de pagamento.
Péssimo atendimento deste profissional.

This morning when buying a certain product I went to the cashier to make the payment, the establishment was full with several customers, when passing the purchase at the cashier (who appears to be one of the partners of the company) informed that would not pass this purchase on the card mocking tone, sarcastically and rudely, leaving me in a humiliating situation in front of staff and clients, at the moment I noticed that other clients and even staff of the establishment looked scared, I felt embarrassed, humiliated and just left the establishment.
I report the occurrence so that it does not happen to other customers, bad service a real professional, would put a sign stating that no card or even discreetly tell the customer that does not pass card for a certain purchase if he would have any other payment method .
Bad service from this professional.
