★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento e falta de higiene dos atendentes ao manusear os alimentos.
Não foi só uma ou duas vezes em que não estive satisfeita.
 Poor service and lack of hygiene of the attendants when handling food.
It wasn't just one or two times that I wasn't satisfied.

Adorei o atendimento e produtos. O pão francês sem dúvida é o melhor que já comi. Bem diferente das demais padaria. Parabéns
I went to the bakery today for breakfast.
I loved the service and products. The French bread is without a doubt the best I've ever had. Very different from other bakeries. Congratulations

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local aconchegante e agradável. Bom atendimento. Porém, pedi pão de forma e fui informada que não tinha. O sonho que eu queria comer estava cheio de mosquito...não recomendo apenas por essas faltas!
Cozy and pleasant place. Good service. However, I asked for loaf bread and was informed that I didn't have it. The dream I wanted to eat was full of mosquitoes... I don't recommend it just because of these lacks!

O problema foi na hora de pagar a conta, a funcionária do Caixa estava perdida, não sabia informar quais cartões de refeição e alimentação o estabelecimento aceita, aliás achei muito estranho uma padaria aceitar SOMENTE uma bandeira de refeição e alimentação, sendo que todas as padarias na região aceitam várias bandeiras. Por isso dei nota 03.
We were very well attended, our order arrived quickly. The problem was when it was time to pay the bill, the cashier was lost, she didn't know which meal and food cards the establishment accepts, in fact I found it very strange for a bakery to accept ONLY one meal and food flag, given that all bakeries in the region they accept several flags. That's why I gave grade 03.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Fui na padaria dia 8 de abril as 8:20 da manhã e tinha uma mesa com duas pessoas na minha frente. O meu pedido demorou 25 minutos. Era um Panini light e um café.
Nunca mais eu volto.
Terrible service. I went to the bakery on April 8 at 8:20 am and there was a table with two people in front of me. My order took 25 minutes. It was a light Panini and a coffee.
I never come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os pães que compramos estavam bons mas, o ambiente em si tinha muitas moscas, mesmo sinalizando a funcionária a mesma retirou a mosca que estava entre o pão e a tela que deveria protege-lo mas, depois visualizei mais 2 moscas em cima dos pães recheados novamente.
Outro problema que me chamou atenção foi que o balcão frio está soltando água e molhando muito o chão. Um cliente escorregou na poça e quase caiu.
The breads we bought were good, but the environment itself had many flies, even signaling the employee, she removed the fly that was between the bread and the screen that should protect it, but then I saw 2 more flies on top of the stuffed breads again.
Another problem that caught my attention was that the cold counter is leaking water and wetting the floor a lot. A customer slipped in the puddle and nearly fell.
