★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing bakery! Delicious breads, we get our cafe da manhã bread from here- you can’t go wrong with Italian rustic bread, baguette, rolls (pães franceses), or brioche. They have breads for more adventurous tastes- cocoa bread with nuts (which is only lightly sweet), or pumpkin (abóbora) bread. The cappucino is by far the best I’ve had in the city. Their millefeuille has converted me to liking millefeuille.
Padoca is a place to take in slowly- when you get a snack or meal there, you are transported from the hustle and bustle and are enjoying the view of the park across the street and the snack on your plate.
