★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente fui super mal atendida, tentei dialogar mas fui ignorada e passaram clientes na frente do grupo em que eu estava, estavamos na espera, o garçom foi claro que seriamos os próximos e simplesmente colocou pessoas na nossa frente, na nossa cara, se fizeram de doido mesmo. Uma decepção. Só indico o local se você gosta de se humilhar pra comer uma refeição, fora que nao fizeram nada para reparar o erro. Péssimo, uma decepção.
Unfortunately I was super poorly attended, I tried to talk but I was ignored and customers passed in front of the group I was in, we were waiting, the waiter was clear that we would be next and simply put people in front of us, in our face, they acted like really crazy. A disappointment. I only recommend the place if you like to humiliate yourself to eat a meal, apart from that they did nothing to fix the mistake. Terrible, a disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Domingo de manhã e aquele sentimento indescritível de logo cedo tomar um bom café. Deveria ser bom, deveria ser leve, deveria ser fácil. Como disse o poeta "easy like sunday morning". Dito isso, fomos nessa epopéia, essa sucessão de eventos extraordinários culminando no café nesta birosca do cicicu. E lá fomos nós. Éramos 6: 4 turistas empolgados e dois anfitriões arretados. A fome parecia derreter nossos cérebros e o calor castigava ainda mais. Enfim, chegamos ao cume (digo, a tal birosca), mas no lugar do final da epopeia, tomamos foi pêia. Calma, leitores. Eu posso explicar e comprovar! Ao adentrar o casebre, notamos que a lotação estava atingida. Sem problemas até aí. Solicitamos aguardar por uma mesa. E ali permanecemos de pé, lendo o cardápio e ávidos por um desjejum daqueles! Apesar da demora, tudo estava em ordem... até que veio o revés, o início da desventura! Enquanto esperávamos pela sonhada mesa, um pequeno grupo de indivíduos adentrou o casebre e, PASMEM... Pegou a mesa que tava desocupando e que seria, adivinhem, NOSSA! Ja eram vários minutos esperando e ainda acontece isso. Ok, a mesa de fora começou a desocupar simultaneamente. Pensamos que poderia ser a nossa então...mas adivinha.. correram para retirar as cadeiras e levar lá pra dentro! Abordamos a pessoa e ele disse "vou preparar uma pra vocês". Fazem idéia do que aconteceu? Levaram as cadeiras para os nobres furões, os seres superiores que chegaram depois e foram prontamente atendidos. E a mesa de fora? Era grande e boa... Remanejaram um casal e f de conversa. Continuamos sem mesa. Incrédulos, abordamos as pessoas da birosca que proferiram algumas palavras confirmando a incompetência deles. Sem nenhuma capacidade de lidar com o próprio erro, sem nenhuma proposta para contornar a situação que não fosse um "vocês podem fazer o pedido de vocês aí em pé mesmo enquanto não libera outra mesa". Uma indecência sem tamanho. Chapéu de otario é marreta! Resumindo: "proposta" recusada e rumamos para a padaria simples e tradicional lá perto. Que apesar de lotada, soube lidar melhor com toda situação e teve um atendimento mais eficiente. A birosca do cicicu? Perdeu 6 clientes bons que poderiam ter indicado outros tantos clientes. Não voltaremos! Mas espero que melhorem e aprendam a tratar os clientes. Eu não vou aparecer pra ver. Quem quiser arriscar ser feito de trouxa, boa sorte!!!
Sunday morning and that indescribable feeling of having a good coffee early in the morning. It should be good, it should be light, it should be easy. As the poet said "easy like sunday morning". That said, we went on this epic, this succession of extraordinary events culminating in the coffee at this birosca do cicicu. And off we went. There were 6 of us: 4 excited tourists and two passionate hosts. Hunger seemed to melt our brains and the heat punished us even more. At last, we reached the summit (I mean, that birosca), but instead of the end of the epic, we took a peia. Calm down, readers. I can explain and prove it! Upon entering the hut, we noticed that the capacity was reached. No problems so far. We ask to wait for a table. And there we stood, reading the menu and eager for such a breakfast! Despite the delay, everything was in order... until the setback came, the beginning of misfortune! While we were waiting for the dreamed table, a small group of individuals entered the shack and, AMAZING... They took the table that was vacating and that would be, guess what, OUR! It's been several minutes waiting and it still happens. Okay, the outside table started to vacate simultaneously. We thought it could be ours then... but guess what... they ran to remove the chairs and take them inside! We approached the person and he said "I'll prepare one for you". Do you have any idea what happened? They took the chairs for the noble ferrets, the superior beings who arrived later and were promptly attended to. And the outside table? It was big and good... They moved a couple and chatted. We are still without a table. In disbelief, we approached the people at the bar who uttered a few words confirming their incompetence. With no ability to deal with the error itself, with no proposal to get around the situation other than a "you can place your order standing there even while you don't clear another table". An immeasurable indecency. Sucker hat is a sledgehammer! In short: "proposal" refused and we headed for the simple and traditional bakery nearby. That despite being crowded, knew how to deal better with every situation and had a more efficient service. The cicicu birosca? Lost 6 good customers who could have referred as many customers. We won't be back! But I hope they improve and learn to treat customers. I won't show up to see. Who wants to risk being made a muggle, good luck!!!
