★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até já comprei na loja e a variedade é boa, com preços em conta em relação às concorrentes. Só tem um pequeno problema: O site que não existe e o telefone que ninguém atende. Nesses tempos de alta tecnologia, é inadmissível que uma loja desse porte não tenha uma página na web, e ainda por cima, tenha um número de telefone publicado mas que não atende ligações. Então vai levar só duas estrelas por isso.
 I even bought it at the store and the variety is good, with reasonable prices compared to competitors. There is only one small problem: the website that doesn't exist and the phone that nobody answers. In these high-tech times, it is unacceptable that a store of this size does not have a web page, and on top of that, it has a published phone number that does not answer calls. So it will only take two stars for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira vez q fui tinham poucos vendedores, e se quer alguém aborda o cliente... desisti e fui embora. Depois tentei ligar para saber os valores e os atendentes apenas ficavam passando a ligação um para o outro e nada.
First time I went there were few sellers, and if you want someone to approach the customer ... I gave up and left. Then I tried to call to know the values and the attendants just kept passing the connection to each other and nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia , posso estar equivocada , porém só se eu fosse doida , pelos comentários acima ser vdd , até porq vou sempre na loja da cidade e sempre q vou sou atendida mal, os atendimentos deixam a desejar ,estive ontem e todas pessoas q estavam na fila p pagamento ao caixa estavam falando do mal atendimento e somos praticamente "obrigada comprar la pelo fato de ter um excelente preço, fora isso , os atendente se vc chega com um pacote de luva p pergunta preço e ao mesmo tempo chega uma p saber de uma cadeira de roda ou uma maca de estética, o perfil deles é lhe deixa de graça e atender a pessoa q supostamente compra ra a maçã ou a cadeira . isso não e brincadeira e fato .sem fala q é muitas vezes no celular digitando e vc fica na loja procurando as coisas sem uma pessoa q possa lhe dar informação se quer...uma obs q poderiam fazer e coloca um cliente oculto q mostre ser de classe baixa p ser atendido e um de aparecia de classe média p v a diferença do atendimento .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito do atendimento que recebi hoje na loja Padrão. Tive um desacerto no tamanho das fraldas geriátricas de minha mãe e fui trocar até por duas vezes e não houve problemas. Esqueci o sabonete liquido no pacote que deixei com a fralda mas não vou nem voltar lá pois fiquei com vergonha de ser tão desastrada e receber um atendimento tão profissional. Outro ponto positivo da loja é que a maior parte dos produtos são expostos em prateleiras que o cliente tem acesso. Tem balcão também e atendimento pessoal mas eu gosto de chegar perto do que estou comprando. Tem uma loja em Recife que esperamos muito tempo para ser atendidos e tudo muito breve não dá tempo nem de pensar. Gostei, nta 10.
I really enjoyed the service I received today at the Padrão store. I had a mismatch in my mother's geriatric diaper size and went to change up twice and there were no problems. I forgot the liquid soap in the package that I left with the diaper but I will not even go back there because I was ashamed to be so clumsy and receive such professional service. Another plus point of the store is that most products are displayed on shelves that the customer has access to. It also has a counter and personal service but I like to get close to what I am buying. There is a store in Recife that we wait a long time to be served and everything very soon gives no time to think. I like it, nta 10.
