Pao frances tem que comer na hora se deixar passar fica muito ruim preço do pão francês mais de 15.00 reais o kg comprei ontem 6 pães paguei 6,48 centavos achei caro pela gualidade
The bakery is excellent and very beautiful but the quality of the bread leaves something to be desired !! Baguettes are usually dough and uncooked as well as being very expensive !! French bread has to be eaten on time if you let it pass it is very bad price for French bread more than 15.00 reais the kg I bought yesterday 6 breads I paid 6.48 cents I thought it was expensive for the equality

Não tinha álcool em gel na porta do estabelecimento, atendente sem treinamento, pedimos 3 a parmegiana veio só 2, e sem batata frita e depois veio toda queimada.
Somente uma fatia de limão no copo.
Serviram a refeição sem antes os talheres, então esfriou a comida.
Banheiro sujo.
Atendimento muito ruim , não indico e não volto mais.
Já foi melhor.

There was no alcohol gel in the door of the establishment, attendant without training, we asked for 3, the parmigiana came only 2, and no french fries and then it came all burnt.
Only a slice of lemon in the glass.
They served the meal without the cutlery first, then the food cooled.
Dirty bathroom.
Very bad service, I don't recommend it and I won't be back.
Already was better.

Hoje infelizmente no self-service o arroz à grega estava azedo.
Comuniquei a garçonete sobre o fato para não ser considerado como desperdício a recusa em consumir o arroz. Ela verificou e constatou o problema. Foi feita a troca do meu prato.
Era para ser retirado a vasilha com arroz do aquecedor, o que não aconteceu.
Simple and pleasant atmosphere. Good customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes sempre foram muito educadas, mas hoje infelizmente tive que ouvir até um " então vá comprar em outro lugar" .. só pedi para não colocar coxa e sim sobrecoxa, e ela falou que não podia sair do padrão. Pedi mais uma vez , e pagaria a diferença se houvesse, ( realmente não aprecio coxa) e ela grosseiramente colocou a sobrecoxa, e soltou essa. Se não gosta do que tem compra em outro lugar. Nossa tá tão fácil assim arrumar trampo? Pq pra pessoa não ter medo de perder o trampo, tratando cliente do local, que sempre passa e compra lá desse jeito, é pq tá sobrando vaga melhor pra ela em outro lugar.. só pode..
Se eu pago eu quero comer o que gosto caramba! Tá ali, pra ser vendido, e eu posso escolher não é mesmo? Mas se quer me deu alguma sugestão, mandou eu correr na cara dura.
De resto a comida é maravilhosa, o preço é muito bom, a quantidade é suficiente para quem come bem.
Falta opção de pix para pagamento. Aceitam débito e crédito.
