★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na loja para compra de um ventilador para a unidade condensadora da minha máquina. Como se trata de uma peça antiga eu imaginei que poderia ter dificuldades para encontrar. A vendedora foi bastante atenciosa e, mesmo não tendo a peça na loja, ligou para outra empresa do grupo e conseguiu o ventilador. Me poupou tempo. Recomendo a loja.
I was in the store to purchase a fan for the condenser unit from my machine. As this is an old piece I figured I might have trouble finding it. The saleswoman was very attentive and even though she did not have the piece in the store, she called another company in the group and got the fan. You saved me time. Highly recommend the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ainda não tive o prazer de conhecer a loja pessoalmente, mas ao ser atendido em ligação telefônica, perguntei sobre a existência de uma peça (gaxeta), tendo obtido a resposta de não venderem tal produto.
Achei estranho uma loja de refrigeração não vender uma simples gaxeta.
Perguntei então se a vendedora sabia o que era o produto. Ela disse que não.
Ora, então como dizer que não vende o que ela não sabe o que é?
Expliquei o que era, e então ela falou que não apenas vendia, como fabricava. Mas não sabia escolher por marca e modelo. Devia mandar a peca velha para ela olhar se tinha.
Só mostra o total despreparo, ao menos, de uma vendedora. O que nos faz correr serio risco de receber produtos errados dos que buscamos.
Portanto não recomendo a compra no local. Ou caso seja necessário, recomendo a compra com muita cautela.
I still haven't had the pleasure of visiting the store in person, but when I was answered by phone, I asked about the existence of a piece (gasket), having obtained the answer of not selling such product.
I found it strange that a refrigeration store did not sell a simple gasket.
I then asked if the seller knew what the product was. She said no.
Now, then, how to say that she doesn't sell what she doesn't know what it is?
I explained what it was, and then she said that not only did it sell, it manufactured it. But I didn't know how to choose by brand and model. I should send the old piece to her to check if it had.
It only shows the total unpreparedness, at least, of a saleswoman. What makes us run a serious risk of receiving wrong products from those we seek.
Therefore I do not recommend buying on site. Or if necessary, I recommend buying very carefully.
