 The pharmacist sold me a medicine with Mg different from my prescription, I only saw it after I took the medicine and had side effects. The attendants do not answer the phone and still mock my face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi usar banheiro por causa de problemas com a prostata. Homen lá disse não tem banheiro e eu expliquei meu problema da prastata e ele não me deixar usar o banheiro. Uma loja de remédios pra saúde deveria ser mais ajudavel com pessoas que tem problemas com saúde.
I asked to use the bathroom because of prostate problems. Man there said there is no bathroom and I explained my silver problem and he would not let me use the bathroom. A health drug store should be more helpful with people who have health problems.

Terrible, lazy attendants, don't answer the phone and roll around in attendance. I don't know how the owner still allows this with this much negative review. So many unemployed people in need of a job.

Whenever I go to this pharmacy, there isn't a person to attend to me and to assist the other people at the cashier. They always wait together about 3 people in the queue for someone to appear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me venderam medicamento errado (solução em vez de pomada oftálmica) e, por ser antibiótico, tive que voltar ao médico para conseguir outra receita. Também te fazem perder tempo coletando dados pessoais sem nem esclarecer o motivo.
I was sold the wrong medication (solution instead of eye ointment) and, because it was an antibiotic, I had to go back to the doctor to get another prescription. They also make you waste time collecting personal data without even clarifying the reason.
