Andei 25km pra ir e dar de cara com um aviso no portão que estavam de férias, levei 3 casais com filho, que vieram de longe, e voltamos mais 25km... Entrei em contato e fizeram pouco caso da minha situação.. não sabem lidar com clientes, não fizeram uma retratação ou deram feedback, apenas colocaram a culpa em mim, como se eu fosse a errada. Que pena, perderam clientes.. Apparently very beautiful place.. I planned the whole vacation to go.. I tried to call several times and I was not answered... No warning on social networks... I walked 25km to go and came across a notice at the gate that they were vacation, I took 3 couples with children, who came from far away, and we returned another 25km... I got in touch and they made light of my situation.. they don't know how to deal with customers, they didn't make a retraction or give feedback, they just blamed on me, as if I were the wrong one. Too bad they lost customers..
