★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sacanagem nano, disse que fizeram o trabalho e não foi feito nada, levei p outra oficina e disseram que tiraram a proteção do motor e capô, se o motor esquentar muito a pintura será queimada. Disse que trocou o para-choque e nada só recuperou e ficou horrível, o carro já está em outra oficina p retocar o trabalho, péssimo não indico.?
Nano nasty, said they did the job and nothing was done, I took another workshop and said they removed the protection of the engine and hood, if the engine gets too hot the paint will be burned. He said that he changed the bumper and nothing just recovered and was horrible, the car is already in another workshop to finish the job, lousy did not indicate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento excelentes e o trabalho feito é perfeito. Levei meu Fox connect porta do passageiro atrás do motorista arranhada e um pouco amassada e as quatro rodas arranhadas. Me entregaram o carro perfeito, parecia que tinha acabado de comprar o carro novo na concessionária e me entregaram no prazo estipulado. Super recomendo, gratidão!!!
Excellent service and the work done is perfect. I took my Fox connect passenger door behind the driver, scratched and slightly dented and the four wheels scratched. They gave me the perfect car, it looked like I had just bought the new car at the dealership and they delivered it to me on time. Super recommend, gratitude !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito do trabalho executado (pintura de para-choque traseiro). Porém, tive problemas com o prazo de entrega, onde atrasou mais de uma vez e eu, na condição de cliente, que tive que ficar ligando para entender se o prazo continuava o combinado ou se haviam alterado algo. A crise de gripe / Covid 19 ômicrom foi usada como justificatica, mas entendo que uma ligação de 1 minuto pra me avisar sobre atraso resolveria.
Resumo: gostei do trabalho executado, mas o atendimento precisa organizar / melhorar muito. Espero que tenha sido um caso isolado comigo.
I really liked the work done (rear bumper painting). However, I had problems with the delivery deadline, where it was delayed more than once and I, as a customer, had to keep calling to understand if the deadline was still the agreed or if something had changed. The flu crisis / Covid 19 ômicrom was used as justification, but I understand that a 1-minute call to warn me about delay would solve it.
Summary: I liked the work done, but the service needs to organize / improve a lot. I hope it was an isolated case with me.
