Tive uma grande decepção, pois fui fazer um pequeno reparo na caixa de direção hidráulica com o valor anunciado e chegando na mesma fui surpreendido com uma valor bem além do anunciado...só não cai nessa , porque eu entendo de mecânica...se é outra pessoa eles iriam ate colocar defeito no retrovisor!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu não sei as outras lojas, mas a loja de duque de Caxias é horrível, atendimento péssimo. Você fica aguardando eles retirarem o amortecedor do seu carro. Quando você pensa que está tudo indo bem, vem a notícia que não é aqui que eles fazem.É na matriz.. aí vc tem que aguardar uma vida pra sair daqui. Não recomendo, fora que os funcionários voa mais que urubu procurando carniça.

I don't know about the other stores, but the Duque de Caxias store is horrible, terrible service. You are waiting for them to remove the shock absorber from your car. When you think that everything is going well, the news comes that this is not where they do it. It's in the matrix.. then you have to wait a lifetime to get out of here. I don't recommend it, apart from the fact that the employees fly more than vultures looking for carrion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tive uma boa experiência hoje com a Loja, para a troca do Amortecedores dianteiro.
Eu fiquei quase 4h esperando o Amortecedor, o motoboy leva o amortecedor na fábrica e você fica aguardando.
Muito tempo para um cliente ficar na loja, não gostei, acho um despreparo isso.
O mecânico me disse que o coxim não estava ruim, mas que poderia vir da problema futuramente, como não fiz a troca colocou na nota que o coxim estava danificado, caso de algum problema no amortecedor, eles tem esse essa observação na nota.
Bastante descontente com a situação.
I didn't have a good experience today with the store, to change the front shock absorbers.
I spent almost 4 hours waiting for the shock absorber, the motoboy takes the shock absorber to the factory and you are waiting.
Too long for a customer to stay in the store, I didn't like it, I think it's unprepared.
The mechanic told me that the cushion was not bad, but that it could come from the problem in the future, as I did not change it, he put it on the note that the cushion was damaged, in case of any problem with the shock absorber, they have this observation in the note.
Quite unhappy with the situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente uma decepção total, fui fazer reparo nos amortecedores, o " mecânico que fez o serviço super ignorante, jogou todas as peças no chão com violência na minha frente e depois condenou tudo, realmente não tinha como na danificar, funcionários ruins, a todo momento querendo empurrar peças, fizeram um orçamento de 500 a mais eu disse que compraria as peças fora aí diminuíram para metade mais jogaram uma mão de obra ou seja malandragem, não volto nunca mais e não indico para meus amigos Uber.
Unfortunately, a total disappointment, I went to have the shock absorbers repaired, the " mechanic who did the service was super ignorant, threw all the parts on the floor with violence in front of me and then condemned everything, there really was no way to damage it, bad employees, all the time wanting to push parts, they made a budget of 500 more I said I would buy the parts out there they reduced it to half more they played a workforce that is trickery, I will never go back and I don't recommend it to my Uber friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei . O serviço prestado é bom e os preços também. O atendimento pelo telefone é excelente , mas na loja deixa um pouco a desejar porque não há muito controle sobre o tempo que cada serviço exige pra ser concluído.
Liked it . The service provided is good and so are the prices. The telephone service is excellent, but in the store it leaves a little to be desired because there is not much control over the time that each service requires to complete.

Preparo dos profissionais da loja péssimo!!
Dos mecânicos a gerência!
Primeiro pedem pra agendar aí vc fala que vai na abertura da loja aí dizem q é ordem de chegada blz aí perguntei pq então do agendamento se não tem horário eles disseram q é o dia que vai eu falei blz
Aí chega aqui eles condenaram.meu kit de amortecedor, eu troquei o kit batente coifa e coxinho na full pneus loja conceituada, a menos de uma semana tá novo o kit praticamente zero eles condenaram disseram que tá com folga, onde já se viu isso folga num kit de menos de uma semana de uso, falaram q vão por na nota assim quase obrigando a comprar com eles um kit novo em outras palavras!!!!
Aí eu filmei td o meu kit praticamente novo e avisei a eles que estava filmando que se acontecer algo está registrado em filmagem!!
Por fim estou aqui desde as 8h carro desmontado a partir das 8h abertura e agora dizem que não tem um amortecedor na loja estou aqui esperando o prazo é de 4h de trabalho ainda vai bater falta meia hora fui perguntar o gerente Henrique ao invés de ele falar algo do tipo que ta ficando pronto que já tá chegando ou que vai levar algum tempo ele veio me questionar o horário q começou eu falei as 8h ele disse a hora que começou eu falei as 8h então resumindo ele sabe que vai demorar pq eles ainda estão fazendo o amortecedor e já tá jogando que não começou as 8h
Aí vem a pergunta pra que agendamento?
Se não tem agendamento de horário tem só do dia então ao menos as peças do carro agendado do dia tem que ter, aí pega desmonta td pra prender o cliente depois fala que tá fazendo na fábrica que isso coisa de maluco cara!!!só não fiz eles botarem os meus pra eu ir embora pq tenho uma viagem de trabalho e não vou ter tempo de procurar e agendar outro lugar!!!!!!
Que arrependimento não indico a ninguém essa loja faz uma propaganda legal chega aqui é isso péssimo atendente do mecânico aos gerentes e vendedores

Horrible preparation of the store professionals!!
From mechanics to management!
First they ask to schedule, then you say you go to the store opening, then they say it's a first-come, first-served basis, then I asked because, then, of the schedule, if there's no time, they said it's the day it's going, I said, blz
Then it gets here they condemned my shock absorber kit, I changed the coif and coxinho stopper kit at the full tires reputable store, less than a week ago it's new the kit practically zero they condemned they said it's off, where have you seen this slack in a kit of less than a week of use, they said that they will put it on the note, almost forcing you to buy a new kit with them in other words!!!!
Then I filmed all my kit practically new and told them that I was filming that if something happens it will be recorded on film!!
Finally I've been here since 8 am car dismantled from 8 am opening and now they say there is no shock absorber in the store I'm here waiting the deadline is 4 hours of work there will still be half an hour left I asked the manager Henrique instead of him talking something like that it's getting ready that it's coming or that it will take some time he came to ask me the time it started I said 8 am he said the time it started I said 8 pm so in short he knows it will take because they are still there making the damper and it's already playing that didn't start at 8 pm
Here comes the question for what schedule?
If you don't have an appointment, it's only for the day, so at least the parts of the car scheduled for the day have to be, then you take everything apart to arrest the customer then say you're doing it at the factory that's crazy man!!! I made them put mine on so I could leave because I have a work trip and I won't have time to look and book another place!!!!!!
What a regret I don't recommend to anyone this store makes a cool advertisement get here that's it terrible mechanic attendant to managers and salespeople

I go wherever there is a network of their partners, people have to know so they don't come in the dark to a horrible store!!!!
There's more if they don't give me the guarantee I have yd filmed it so if something happens within the 2 year period of the guarantee do it because later they will say that the professional evaluated it I layman saw that the kit was new almost not even dirty it was so don't be silly filmm all!!!!!!
