★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito do atendimento do Lucas Matheus (vendedor) e do Rafael (mecânico) da unidade Niterói embora a central de atendimento tenha me dito que tinha o produto mas na vdd não tinha o Lucas Matheus foi extremamente prestativo.
I really liked the service provided by Lucas Matheus (salesman) and Rafael (mechanic) from the Niterói unit, although the call center told me they had the product, but in fact, Lucas Matheus was extremely helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho aqui agradecer o cuidado que o Lucas (gerência) teve comigo quanto ao problema apresentado no meu carro.
Paguei pelo serviço de remanufatura dos amortecedores e, infelizmente, foi difícil calibrar ao ponto de não deixar desconfortável na hora de dirigir.
Após idas e vindas o carro ficou confortável para dirigir. Infelizmente nessa história toda os coxins dos amortecedores foram danificados e o Lucas prontamente solicitou minha ida à loja para realizar a troca.
Eu confio no serviço dele e na forma como a Pajé (pelo menos nesta loja) trata seus clientes. O Lucas é alguém muito paciente e atencioso e está de olho na forma como seus subordinados realizam os serviços sem se distanciar dos padrões impostos pela Pajé.
Como não fui em outra loja, recomendo aos proprietários que, caso seu veículo venha apresentar alguma avaria (que a Pajé possa resolver), que leve seu veículo até a loja de Niterói.
I come here to thank Lucas (management) for the care that Lucas (management) had with me regarding the problem presented in my car.
I paid for the shock absorbers remanufacturing service and, unfortunately, it was difficult to calibrate to the point of not making it uncomfortable to drive.
After comings and goings the car was comfortable to drive. Unfortunately, in this story, all the shock absorber pads were damaged and Lucas promptly asked me to go to the store to exchange them.
I trust his service and the way Pajé (at least in this store) treats its customers. Lucas is a very patient and attentive person and he keeps an eye on the way his subordinates perform the services without deviating from the standards imposed by the Pajé.
As I haven't been to any other store, I recommend to owners that, if their vehicle has a breakdown (which Pajé can solve), that they take their vehicle to the store in Niterói.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não levo mais meu carro nesse estabelecimento nem de graça não foi só uma vezes que acabaram com prisioneiros e porcas agora até sensor de pressão pneu estragaram cobraram preço de 15 reais na válvula e não colocaram sensor na roda sai de lá só com 2 prisioneiros presos e levei para meu mecânico de confiança que não mexe mais com trocas de pneus
I don't take my car to this establishment anymore, not even for free it wasn't just a few times they ended up with studs and nuts now even the tire pressure sensor broke they charged a price of 15 reais on the valve and they didn't put a sensor on the wheel get out of there only with 2 prisoners stuck and I took it to my trusted mechanic who doesn't mess with tire changes anymore
