★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um escola que apresenta uma infraestrutura maravilhosa e junto também das pessoas de lá. Aqui se encontra de tudo um pouco que queira se praticar.
Tem práticas de Arte Marcial, Arquearia, Acrobacia, Armas de Corte, Yoga , Tai chi e outra 3 modalidades que não me lembro agora. Hahaha
Mas super recomendo para quem quer conhecer algo novo e muitas felicidades futuras. ;D

A school that has a wonderful infrastructure and also with the people there. Here you will find everything you want to practice.
There are practices of Martial Art, Archery, Acrobatics, Cutting Weapons, Yoga, Tai Chi and another 3 modalities that I do not remember now. Haha ha
But I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to know something new and best wishes in the future. ; D

Faço parte do pakua a quase 3 anos, e me sinto muito melhor comigo mesma desde que entrei, me ajudou a criar confiança, desenvolver meus problemas de timidez, e muito mais, amo fazer parte do pakua, tem muitas modalidades pra diversos tipos de pessoas, é incrível!! Além de ser ótimo pra saúde, é muito divertido, então vale muito a pena entrar pra esse time.
Perfect. An environment with amazing people who welcome you very well. I've been part of pakua for almost 3 years, and I feel much better about myself since I joined, it helped me build confidence, develop my shyness problems, and much more, I love being part of pakua, there are many modalities for different types of people , it's amazing!! In addition to being great for health, it's a lot of fun, so it's really worth joining this team.
