★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente a um certo tempo e sempre me agradou muito o atendimento e a presteza da equipe,bem como a qualidade dos produtos até a noite de hj quando presenciamos uma discussão entre a moça do caixa e um dos cozinheiros da qual culminou com gritos, palavrões,choro e muito desrespeito com os clientes que presenciavam tudo sem entender
e se que fosse considerado sequer o fato de se ter crianças e familias inteiras no ambiente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ambiente é perfeito, pena que a comida nao era boa, de picanha no hambúrguer nao tinha nada, o atendimento péssimos, o garçon e a atendente preferia ficar assistindo novela, acho que novela naquele ambiente era inadeguado, não tinha nada do cardápio e a cerveja estava quente e o preço pelo que estavam servindo nao vale a pena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimos lanches e porções, local bem aconchegante, uma garçonete foi muito solicita no último atendimento, houve uma acidente com as batatas do meu filho, limparam o local e na saída ela pediu para trazer para casa uma nova porção. Ficamos gratos, uma pena que esqueci de perguntar o nome dela. Encantador.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente super gostoso, bom atendimento, porém no dia que Eu fui não tinha o hambúrguer vegetariano. Fiquei frustrada, pois não tinha nem um aviso no cardápio de que não tinha o produto, e acabei comendo batata frita. As pessoas que estavam comigo gostaram muito do hambúrguer. No mais, gostei muito do lugar.
Atmosphere super yummy, service good, however the day I went I did not have the veggie burger. I was frustrated because I did not even have a notice on the menu that I did not have the product, and I ended up eating fries. The people who were with me really liked the hamburger. In fact, I really liked the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência o garçom mais interessado em ver a novela que atender as mesas não havia praticamente nada do cardápio meu marido pediu uma cerveja e o copo veio sujo pedimos uma porção de anéis de cebola que vieram encharcados de óleo sem condições de comer deixamos a porção inteira pois na primeira mordida vimos que estava intragavel o hambúrguer de picanha que de picanha não tinha nada vários pedaços de nervo e pelanca no meio o dinheiro mais mal gasto da minha vida não recomendo à ninguém

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem (03/11), fizemos uma PÉSSIMA ESCOLHA ao pedir alguns lanches na Palace Burger.
Por volta das 21h09, o/a funcionário/a confirmou o pedido e informou que a previsão de entrega seria de 30 a 40 minutos.
Porém, levou mais de 1h20. Exatamente isso, mais de 1h20 para os lanches serem entregues em um bairro muito próximo do estabelecimento.
Chegamos a cancelar o pedido, mas a pessoa com quem conversava pelo WhatsApp, garantia que o motoqueiro já havia saído. No entanto, era tudo CONVERSA FIADA. O motoqueiro chegou às 22h35.
E não estamos aqui reclamando apenas do ATRASO, porque até compreenderíamos se houvesse algum respeito com os clientes, o justificando com antecedência. Mas o fato é que além de não ter NENHUM COMPROMISSO com o horário, o estabelecimento não enviou a máquina correta para o pagamento e nem o refrigerante pelo motoqueiro.
De fato, ou tivemos muita "sorte" e foi apenas coincidência tudo o que aconteceu conosco ou o local é muito desorganizado.
No entanto, o que sentimos é que o estabelecimento é muito DESORGANIZADO, sem compromisso com seus clientes e com relação ao lanche, preferimos não optar já que o lanche chegou frio devido ao atraso. Detalhe, ainda pagamos CARO por um serviço que nem merecia.
Yesterday (11/03), we made a terrible choice by ordering some snacks at Palace Burger.

In fact, either we were very lucky and it was just a coincidence that everything happened to us or the place is very disorganized.
However, what we feel is that the establishment is very disorganized, without compromise with its customers and with regard to the snack, we prefer not to choose since the snack arrived cold due to the delay. Detail, we still pay DEAR for a service you didn't even deserve.
