★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é profissional e atencioso. Estacionamento tranquilo em horário matinal. Infelizmente é uma franquia e os preços praticados não são os mesmos da loja online dessa rede. Numa máquina me pediram 200 reais a mais do anunciado na loja online da franquia ou no anúncio do Mercado Livre dessa franquia onde pode comprar sem pagar frete.
Esse tipo de trabalho dificulta a vida do franqueado porque torna impossível comprar o produto na loja física da franquia quando custa menos 200 reais na loja online da mesma empresa.
The service is professional and attentive. Quiet parking in the morning hours. Unfortunately it is a franchise and the prices are not the same as the online store of this chain. On a machine I was asked for 200 reais more than advertised in the franchise's online store or in the Free Market ad for that franchise where you can buy without paying shipping.
This type of work makes the franchisee's life difficult because it makes it impossible to buy the product at the franchise's physical store when it costs less than 200 reais at the same company's online store.

Produto chegou em 23 de dezembro de 2021 com defeito, entrei em contato para a devolução mas faz mais de 1 mês que ficam enrolando dizendo que a transportadora não encontra meu endereço, meu contato para realizar a coleta. Já foi solicitado meu contato e meu endereço por diversas vezes e encaminhei por email, whatsapp e pelo site. Pós venda muito ruim, foi a primeira vez que comprei na loja e com certeza será a última. JOGUEI O PRODUTO FORA, não consegui realizar a devolução e também não consegui utilizar o produto pois estava com defeito. NUNCA MAIS!!!
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Product arrived on December 23, 2021 with a defect, I contacted for the return but it has been more than 1 month they keep saying that the carrier cannot find my address, my contact to carry out the collection. My contact and address have already been requested several times and forwarded by email, whatsapp and through the website. Very bad after sales, it was the first time I bought from the store and it will definitely be the last. I THROWTH THE PRODUCT AWAY, I couldn't return it and I couldn't use the product either because it was defective. NEVER!!!
