★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu ganhei um violão de presente de uma loja online e tive que acionar a garantia, porém já havia jogado a caixa original fora e precisava urgente de uma caixa de papelão para fazer a devolução. Liguei em diversas lojas pra pedir caixa e por sorte encontrei a Palácio Musical, fui muito bem atendido e sem dúvidas minhas próximas compras serão aqui! Muito muito obrigado por ajudarem em um problema que nem é de vocês, muito feliz com a simpatia e com o ótimo capotraste que acabei comprando nessa tour hahaha. Recomendo demais!!!!
I got a guitar as a gift from an online store and had to call the warranty, but I had already thrown the original box away and urgently needed a cardboard box to return it. I called several stores to ask for a cashier and luckily I found Palácio Musical, I was very well attended and without a doubt my next purchases will be here! Thank you very much for helping with a problem that is not even yours, very happy with the sympathy and the great capo that I ended up buying on this tour hahaha. I highly recommend!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava precisando de uma capa para o meu novo teclado, os atendentes foram super atenciosos e comunicativos, foi o unico lugar onde consegui encontrar uma capa de teclado, com alça para costas, em Campinas, olha que nessa cidade, tem muitas lojas de instrumentos. Realizei o pagamento via pix pelo whatsapp e só passei para retirar. Até ofereceram entregar a capa do teclado na rua do lado, pois na frente da loja, não pode passar veiculos, pois é uma rua comercial. Se pudesse dar 10 estrelas eu daria!!
I needed a cover for my new keyboard, the attendants were super attentive and communicative, it was the only place where I could find a keyboard cover, with a back strap, in Campinas, look that in this city, there are many instrument stores. I made the payment via pix by whatsapp and just stopped by to withdraw. They even offered to deliver the keyboard cover on the side street, because in front of the store, vehicles cannot pass, as it is a commercial street. If I could give 10 stars I would!!
