Tive dupla insatisfação.
1 - hotdog veio frio, totalmente sem molho e a salsicha com gosto que saiu do freezer direto para o pão (sem nem ser esquentada). "Incomivel"
2 - fiz a reclamação diretamente para o estabelecimento no momento que estava comendo. A pessoa que me atendeu foi prestativa, pediu desculpas e colocou a culpa no "funcionário novo". Me prometeu que meu próximo pedido igual seria gratuito. Hoje, entrei em contato para pedir a minha gratuidade e a pessoa q me atendeu disse que o máximo que poderia fazer por mim é me dar 3 reais de desconto. Lamentável.
Fica aqui minha indignação.
Sei que quase ninguém vai ler até o final essa reclamação, mas quem chegar no fim.. vai entender.

Unfortunately it was not good.
I had double dissatisfaction.
1 - hotdog came cold, totally without sauce and the sausage with taste that came out of the freezer straight to the bread (without even being heated). "Incomivel"
2 - I made the complaint directly to the establishment at the time I was eating. The person who answered me was helpful, apologized and blamed the "new employee". He promised me that my next order would be free. Today, I contacted him to ask for my gratuity and the person who answered me said that the most he could do for me was to give me 3 reais discount. Unfortunate.
Here is my indignation.
I know that almost nobody will read this complaint until the end, but whoever gets to the end ... will understand.
