★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem muito a melhor, playground das crianças tem uma caixa d'água bem no meio do parque e também bicicletário.
Infraestrutura fraca, má gestão e má administração.
As câmeras estão em pontos que se você precisar não consegue ver nada, fora os roubos que você relata e fica por isso mesmo. Até porque as câmeras nunca registram.
Liga na ADM e sempre falam que estão em reunião e depois retornam e esse retornam
nunca chega.
There is much the best, children's playground has a water tank right in the middle of the park and also a bicycle rack.
Weak infrastructure, poor management and poor administration.
The cameras are at points that if you need to, you can't see anything, apart from the thefts you report and that's it. Also because the cameras never register.
Call ADM and they always say they are in a meeting and then they come back and this one comes back
never enough.

Podemos dizer que é 100% ? Claro que não, até por que no Pallas tem 320 famílias pensando cada um da sua forma e da sua maneira. Mas a síndica atual faz de tudo para cada dia ficar melhor .

I'm in love with the neighborhood and the condo; I have nothing to complain about. The super friendly doormen, super safe concierge. Well-kept green area.
Can we say it is 100%? Of course not, because at Pallas there are 320 families thinking in their own way and in their own way. But the current syndicate does everything to get better every day.
I love living in Pallas.
