★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXPERIÊNCIA TRAUMÁTICA!!! Levei meu cachorrinho para tomar banho e tosar no dia 19/11/2019, mais ou menos 17:30. eles informaram que podia atendê-lo, porque só fecha as 19h. Quando fui buscá-lo, cerca de uma hora depois, percebi que ele estava estressado e assustado. Além disso, fizeram uma tosa onde eu tinha falado para não fazer!!! Depois desse episódio, meu cachorrinho está com trauma de banho. Acredito que devem ter maltratado ele e ou pegado com muita força!!! ESTOU MUITO CHATEADA!!! Relatei o problema, pedi imagem das câmeras, mas não acredito que resolverão meu problema, até porque meu filhote já está traumatizado!!! Só me resta lamentar e dizer que, por mim, ninguém, em sã consciência, frequenta mais aquele lugar!!!
TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE !!! I took my puppy to bathe and shear on 11/19/2019, about 5:30 pm. they said they could serve him because it only closes at 7 pm. When I picked him up about an hour later, I realized that he was stressed and scared. Also, they did a grooming where I had told them not to do !!! After this episode, my puppy has bathing trauma. I believe they must have mistreated him and or taken very hard !!! I'M VERY UPSET!!! I reported the problem, I asked cameras image, but I do not believe they will solve my problem, because my puppy is already traumatized !!! I can only regret and say that, for me, no one in their right mind goes to that place anymore !!!
