Mas não adianta oferecer um serviço e não cumprir com ele: o atendimento online. Sei que as vezes há muita demanda de mensagens, mas em nenhuma outra loja passei por uma demora de mais de 48h pra ser respondida. Além disso o atendimento não é satisfatório. Junta a demora e o mau atendimento, acaba frustrando a compra e a experiência com a loja.

Eu era super fã da loja, mas estou decepcionada e insatisfeita, fui obrigada a procurar outras lojas que não tem a mesma beleza e qualidade mas o atendimento é melhor!
