Marquei horário as 19:30, cheguei lá e dei de cara com as portas fechadas. As funcionárias que estavam indo embora nem sabiam que eu estava agendada, disseram que a dona não havia informado. Questionei no wpp e a mesma foi de uma grosseria imensa! Nota 0!!

I made an appointment at 19:30, got there and found the doors closed. The employees who were leaving didn't even know I was scheduled, they said the owner hadn't informed me. I asked on wpp and it was extremely rude! Note 0!!
