★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo! Solicitei uma cesta para entrega no Dia dos Pais, 11/09/2019. Combinamos que seria enviado um cartão com mensagem em nome da família ( escrevi para fazer constar). A mensagem não veio. Paguei antecipado o valor total de 190,00 por uma cesta que deveria servir 4 pessoas. O valor pago não condiz com o produto enviado. Foi informado que viria pães, frutas. Vieram 8 fatias de um pão de forma e 2 maçãs! 2 fatias de presunto! Nas fotos enviadas, os chocolates eram Nestlé e Lacta. Veio um da pior qualidade! Eu pedi para retirar a caneca, pois meu marido não faz questão. Foi adicionado 1 sachê de cappuccino e 2 tabletinhos de manteiga! Não tinha diversidade de pães, frutas, não tinha geléia, pai de queijo, nada do que geralmente vem em uma cesta de qualidade. E por 190,00!!!!! Foi uma frustação enorme para mim e para o presenteado. E a responsável não quer nem ouvir para melhorar seu serviço! Nos bloqueou no telefone! Uma indiferença e falta de respeito!
I do not recommend! I requested a basket for delivery on Father's Day, 09/11/2019. We agreed that a message card would be sent on behalf of the family (I wrote it to make it known). The message did not come. I paid in advance the total amount of 190.00 for a basket that should serve 4 people. The amount paid does not match the product shipped. It was informed that bread, fruit would come. 8 slices of loaf came and 2 apples! 2 slices of ham! In the photos sent, the chocolates were Nestlé and Lacta. Came one of the worst quality! I asked to remove the mug because my husband does not care. 1 cappuccino sachet and 2 butter tablets added! There was no diversity of breads, fruits, no jam, father cheese, nothing that usually comes in a quality basket. And for 190.00 !!!!! It was a huge frustration for me and the recipient. And the responsible does not even want to hear to improve your service! Blocked us on the phone! An indifference and lack of respect!
