★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento pessimo, fui 3 vezes, fiquei bastante tempo na recepção porque estava com a frente abandonada, tive que andar pelo pamo inteiro pra ver se alguem poderia me atender! E quando fui atendida pela recepção, me trouxeram informação errada, me passando um numero (ja que o numero do google nao funciona) para eu ligar (porque depois das 16:00 eles não fazem agendamento)…compreendi, no dia seguinte liguei em um horário comercial, e a moça me fala que nao faz marcação por telefone e nao que não tem médico ginecologista, por ele estar afastado e não ter nenhum que possa ficar no lugar dele! Ou seja recepção péssima, perdi meu tempo! Falta de informação com todos que aparecem!
Terrible service, I went 3 times, I spent a long time at the reception because the front was abandoned, I had to walk all over the pamo to see if someone could help me! And when I was attended by the reception, they brought me wrong information, giving me a number (since the google number doesn't work) for me to call (because after 4:00 pm they don't schedule)…I understood, the next day I called a business hours, and the girl tells me that she doesn't make appointments by phone and not that she doesn't have a gynecologist, because he's away and doesn't have anyone who can take his place! In other words, bad reception, I wasted my time! Lack of information with everyone who appears!
