★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A funcionária do banho e tosa é péssima, mau educada ..liguei para marcar um banho, falei a raça e tamanho ela me passou um valor e se fosse maior seria outro, cheguei com o cachorro me cobrou 15 reais a mais.. disse que o cachorro era grande demais, bulldog inglês tem todos o mesmo tamanho, agiu de má fé..levei o cachorro embora sem banho e vacina, não ponho mais meus pés nesse lugar, nota zero!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito do atendimento banho e tosa, sempre atenderam minha cachorrinha muito bem, isso faz total diferença. Só não dou 5 estrelas pois tem a cobrança do táxi dog de 7,00 morando próximo ou não, já buscaram uma vez sem cobrar e hoje cobraram. Mas vale a pena levar os doguinhos lá.

Existem muitos pets espalhados em nosso território, com características diversas e profissionais de todas as formas, mas o que precisa se destacar é aqueles que tratam todos os responsáveis e seus pets com respeito, sem seleção, com amor e sem valor abusivo.
Minha cachorra é arisca, grande e tenho conhecimento, porém, sempre tomou banho e tosou, sem estranhar, sem morder. Após ter sido arranhada na tosa passou a ficar muito brava, dificultando ou impedindo a tosa. No mesmo Pet que ocorreu o incidente, recorremos a veterinária para nos ajudar e a mesma indicou a sedação, a exigência da permanência de um de nós para ajudar e o valor de 350,00.
No segundo pet davam banho como conseguiam, mas não conseguiram tosar , além da grosseria da atendente e falta de transparência e comunicação entre os funcionários que alegavam que a cachorra estava respondendo o tratamento e outros diziam que era impossível o atendimento, pois queriam que eu mandasse semanalmente.
Enfim, para nós foi um pesadelo vê la sem higiene, pois não sabíamos fazer. E hoje, para nossa emoção, o Pet shop Dog Mimado conversou com minha filha e seu pai, marcaram dia, horário, viram a cachorra, acolheram com experiência e amor e tosaram, deram banho, enfeitaram minha cachorrinha, assim como todo o cachorro de madame e pelo valor justo. Ao vê la chegar chorei de emoção e gratidão, pois somente quem tem um animalzinho e ama sabe quais são os cuidados e preocupação que temos por eles.
