Fiz algumas solicitações e fui "esquecida" após a compra ter sido efetuada. As flores foram entregues, quanto a isso foi ok, mas o pós venda e a prestatividade nas solicitações, foram péssimas. Fiquei no vácuo quando realizava algumas perguntas via mensagens. Resolvi ligar e a atendente simplesmente disse: estou atendendo outros clientes. A magia, a delicadeza, a emoção e a expectativa que envolvem a entrega surpresa de um buquê de flores foi desfeita pela empresa em questão. Euzinha, simplesmente, não compro mais nessa floricultura. Foi a única vez.

I made some requests and was "forgotten" after the purchase was made. The flowers were delivered, in that respect it was ok, but the after sales and the helpfulness in the requests, were terrible. I was in a vacuum when asking questions via messages. I decided to call and the attendant simply said: I am serving other customers. The magic, delicacy, emotion and expectation surrounding the surprise delivery of a bouquet of flowers was undone by the company in question. Euzinha, simply, I do not buy more in this floriculture.
