★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os sanduíches são muitos bons, infelizmente a minha única reclamação é por parte de uma atendente nova, na qual eu nunca tinha visto até então, que me atendeu de mau humor e cara fechada, e que quando fui pedi uns copos de plástico para consumir um refrigerante com 5 amigos, disse que os copos eram racionados, e por estarem relativamente caros não poderia me fornecer mais, logo por esse motivo só poderia me fornecer apenas dois copos. A pergunta que eu faço: "Se querem vender refrigerante gelado, não deveriam fornecer copos gratuitos para consumo no local?
Acho que eu nunca havia passado por tal constrangimento, ainda mais em um momento de Pandemia, na qual não podemos compartilhar copos, e outras coisas pessoais com terceiros, e acho também que os 100 copos de 300ml devem custa no máximo no mercado R$15,00, já que o valor do refrigerante que eu paguei foi de R$10,00, espero que a gerência verifique e reveja os seus conceitos, pois não é pelo valor do copo, e sim pela falta de treinamento dado aos seus funcionários, que infelizmente estão deixando a desejar e espantando os clientes antigos. Estou inclusive revendo os meus conceitos como cliente, se devo ou não continuar comprando lá. Espero que melhorem o atendimento.

I don't think I've ever experienced such an embarrassment, especially in a time of Pandemic, in which we cannot share glasses, and other personal things with third parties, and I also think that the 100 glasses of 300ml should cost a maximum of R $ 15 in the market, 00, since the price of the soft drink I paid was R $ 10.00, I hope the management will check and review your concepts, as it is not due to the value of the glass, but due to the lack of training given to its employees, which unfortunately are leaving something to be desired and scaring away old customers. I'm even reviewing my concepts as a customer, whether or not I should continue buying there. I hope they improve the service.
