Boa vontade , pedi minha certidão inteiro teor , logo em seguida precisei da de nascimento eu ligo não me atendem e pelo imail tbem não , e já tive experiência de outros cartórios que atendem melhor mais como não pode muda o registro tem que depender da boa vontade deles ?
