★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento de início foi bem bacana, pois o primeiro atendimento é por sistema, resumindo você fala com uma máquina, de início o tempo estimado para a entrega era de 40min a 70min, deu o tempo e nada do meu pedido chegar, mandei mensagem e ninguém respondia, só ficava mensagens rápidas. Quando deu 1h20min entrei em contato perguntando se o meu pedido ainda viria até mim, foi quando me responderão falando que não tinha um dos ingredientes para o meu pedido, resumindo, meu pedido atrasou, não tive contato com ninguém, não tinha ingrediente, e ao final eu tinha que trocar o meu pedido (pq não tinham o ingrediente), então ia atrasar mais.
Enfim, nem foi em um final de semana.
 The service at the beginning was very nice, because the first service is by system, in short you talk to a machine, initially the estimated time for delivery was 40min to 70min, there was time and nothing of my order arrived, I sent a message and no one answered, there were only quick messages. When it was 1h20min I got in touch asking if my order would still come to me, that's when they will answer me saying that I didn't have one of the ingredients for my order, in short, my order was delayed, I didn't have contact with anyone, I had no ingredient, and at the In the end I had to change my order (because they didn't have the ingredient), so I was going to be late.
Anyway, it wasn't even on a weekend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Estou a mais de uma hora e meia esperando por uma esfiha que faltou no meu pedido, e eles não estão fazendo questão de me uma resposta descente. Estou decepcionada com o estabelecimento. Infelizmente eles perderam um cliente.
Terrible service. I've been waiting for over an hour and a half for an esfiha that was missing from my order, and they're not demanding a decent answer. I am disappointed in the establishment. Unfortunately they lost a customer.
